Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC system design, including process and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) and schematic diagrams.

The selected individual will be responsible for preparing HVAC design philosophy and technical specifications for HVAC equipment, as well as creating HVAC air flow diagrams and schematic drawings.

In addition, the successful candidate will perform heat load and ACMV calculations as per ASHRAE for control rooms, electrical rooms, substations, etc., and prepare HVAC ducting layout drawings.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Engineering, with at least 12 years of experience in HVAC/Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge in HVAC system design, including P&ID and schematic diagrams, and be proficient in software tools such as AutoCAD, PDMS, SP3D, Navisworks, and Smart Plant Review.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare HVAC design philosophy and technical specifications
  • Create HVAC air flow diagrams and schematic drawings
  • Perform heat load and ACMV calculations
  • Prepare HVAC ducting layout drawings
  • Update HVAC master equipment list
  • Prepare cause and effect diagrams for HVAC
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Engineering
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in HVAC/Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation
  • Knowledge in HVAC system design, including P&ID and schematic diagrams
  • Proficient in software tools such as AutoCAD, PDMS, SP3D, Navisworks, and Smart Plant Review
