We are seeking a seasoned Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This is a senior-level role that requires significant experience in designing and implementing HVAC systems for the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Medical Device industries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in proven HVAC designs within these industries. A Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university is also required.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can work independently on various projects as assigned by the Discipline Director or a Project Manager. The selected candidate will oversee the entire HVAC design process, assist as a technical expert on specialized design projects, and assess project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement HVAC systems for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device facilities;">
  • Oversee the entire HVAC design process;">
  • Assist as a technical expert on specialized design projects;">
  • Analyze existing HVAC and central utility plant systems and equipment;">
  • Develop mechanical discipline-specific construction budgets based on project scope;">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university;">
  • 15+ years of engineering experience with a minimum of 10 doing proven HVAC designs within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Medical Device industries;">
  • 5+ years of central utility plant design experience related to chilled water, condenser water, hot water, and steam systems;">
  • Working knowledge and expertise about energy analysis and simulation software systems;">
  • Working knowledge and expertise in piping analysis and modeling software;">
  • Professional Engineer License;">
  • LEED AP BD+C;">
  • Experience in design of LEED related HVAC systems;">
