Job Title: HVAC Systems Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Systems Designer to join our team. As an HVAC Systems Designer, you will be responsible for designing and producing detailed drawings and technical documentation for project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building mechanical systems and associated engineering principles, as well as proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce detailed drawings and technical documentation for project execution.
  • Evaluate technical proposals and submissions for alignment with specifications.
  • Prepare design reports and ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Review and verify calculations, drawings, and specifications to maintain compliance with standards.
  • Manage documentation workflows for construction drawings and related records.
  • Support procurement by reviewing technical specifications and approving requisitions.
  • Coordinate external design activities and ensure smooth handover of design information.
  • Carry out other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in detailed mechanical design (e.g., HVAC, piping, plant services, or related systems)
  • Proficient in CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of building mechanical systems and associated engineering principles
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
