**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Specialist to lead our team in designing, installing, and operating Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.

As an HVAC Specialist, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to final completion. Your expertise will ensure that all HVAC systems meet client specifications, class regulations, and hazardous area classifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs to ensure a safe working environment;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, including offshore/marine regulations and rules such as SOLAS, ABS, DNV, NORSOK ASHRAE, ISO 7547, 8861 etc.;
  • Prepare detailed cooling load calculations, ventilation system designs, air conditioning designs, pressure drop calculations, duct sizing, grille/diffuser sizing, material take-offs, etc.;
  • Select and size HVAC equipment to meet project requirements;
  • Create precise P&ID, D&ID, and ducting layout drawings, electrical single line diagrams, cable block diagrams, control diagrams, termination diagrams, electrical load calculations, HVAC system logic diagrams, HVAC cable schedules, etc.;
  • Evaluate and select contractors and suppliers for HVAC works;
  • Submit HVAC/Architectural Design documents and drawings for class approval;
  • Review and revise technical specifications, bid evaluations, and other technical documents;
  • Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure smooth project execution;
  • Resolve technical problems or issues at the work site;
  • Maintain accurate records of progress, quality, and safety performance;
  • Prepare As-Built drawings and other necessary documents for completion of the project;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering;
  • Experience in HVAC, Fire Suppression, and Architecture;
