HVAC Systems Specialist

As a seasoned HVAC Systems Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety protocols to guarantee compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Design and prepare detailed cooling load calculations, ventilation system designs, air conditioning designs, pressure drop calculations, duct sizing, grille/diffuser sizing, and material take-offs.
  • Select and size HVAC equipment while ensuring adherence to client specifications and hazardous area classifications.
  • Prepare technical drawings, electrical single-line diagrams, cable block diagrams, control diagrams, termination diagrams, electrical load calculations, HVAC system logic diagrams, and HVAC cable schedules.
  • Ensure that all technical submissions comply with established class approvals and revisions.
  • Interface with other disciplines and provide guidance on HVAC/Architectural installation best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of works completed, including revision drawings, approved procedures, project specifications, JCF & WCF, raised timesheets A & AA, and client-signed reports for material receiving inspection and mechanical works.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in HVAC, Fire Suppression, and Architecture.
