Job Title: HVAC Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC systems specialist to join our team. As an HVAC systems specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our chiller systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule maintenance activities for chiller systems, keeping track of maintenance works with follow-up actions.
  • Ensure all maintenance works are carried out according to prescribed checklists and schedules.
  • Responsible for testing and commissioning/fine-tuning of new chillers.
  • Ability to interpret as-built documents, schematic drawings, technical documents, and analyze operating data from chillers.
  • Identify and repair any issues that arise.
  • Responsible for on-site management of the chiller overhaul/repair works and supervise subcontractor work.
  • Effectively control service quality and progress.
  • Prepare service reports for each service assignment.
  • Assuage dissatisfied customers on service issues by providing prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Prepare risk assessments prior to and ensure safety procedures during service and repairs.
  • Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with safety procedures.
