System Maintenance Specialist - HVAC Equipment



As a highly skilled System Maintenance Specialist in the field of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment, you will be responsible for leading teams of technicians to various sites to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Attend regular client meetings to discuss project plans, timelines, and budget
• Conduct thorough site inspections to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions
• Develop and implement comprehensive resource and project plans to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Provide expert technical guidance and training to junior technicians
• Write detailed reports on project progress and outcomes

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC field
• Proficient in refrigeration cycle and HVAC troubleshooting
• Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:
• Proficient in material take-off and labor estimate for HVAC projects
• Good understanding of electrical circuit diagrams and HVAC controls (electrical and PLC)
• AutoCAD proficiency is an advantage
