Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced System Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

  • You will be responsible for supporting the Deputy/Department Head in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLA).
  • Leading and managing a small operations team to ensure day-to-day system maintenance.
  • Providing 24/7 standby support for urgent operational requirements.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also conduct operational meetings with customers using digitalization and business intelligence (BI) tools, participate in project tenders and proposal activities, and perform system-level maintenance activities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an engineering or system maintenance role.
  • Experience in system-level maintenance is preferred, particularly in Radio Communications, Networking, and UPS systems.

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies, including BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and MS Office applications. A valid Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage, as is possession of certifications such as CCNA and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) certifications.
