Job Title: HVAC Solutions Expert

The position of HVAC Solutions Expert plays a crucial role in designing and delivering retrofit solutions for clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in sales engineering.

  • Design and size HVAC solutions based on customer specifications and site surveys.
  • Prepare proposals, tender submissions, and cost estimates while ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and follow up on retrofit service jobs.
  • Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Source, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize project outcomes.
  • Maintain strong client and vendor relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with emerging HVAC technologies and recommend innovative solutions for project improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering or Building-related discipline.
  • Proven experience in the HVAC industry – strong technical knowledge is essential.
  • Solid understanding of various HVAC systems and their components.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and construction documents.
  • Familiarity with commercial HVAC contracting practices.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
