Job Title: Transportation Ambassador

At our world-renowned wildlife and nature destination, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Transportation Ambassador. This exciting role involves operating the tram along a designated route while providing engaging commentary to enhance the guest experience.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the tram service, including crowd management and ushering at stations. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service by assisting with guest enquiries and feedback.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you may be required to perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level and above;
  • Class 3 Driving License required;
  • Pleasant and courteous disposition with strong communication skills;
  • Good presentation skills, confident, energetic and outgoing personality;
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays;
  • Ensure safety and services standards are always met.
