**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Title**:
Driving Ambassador (Luxury Cars)

**ROLE**:
An ambassador is the face of the company and not just a mere driver. Ambassador is the one who talks directly to our customers and our service partners during pick up and drop, roadside assistance and chauffeur services.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Smile and greet customers
- To travel to the pickup location by means of public transport or taxi or self-hired cars
- Pickup vehicle from customers home or office on time and drop to the service center safely
- Pickup car from service center on time and drop to customer’s home or office safely
- Collect digital payments from vehicle owner
**Working Location**:

- Singapore, will be required to travel around Singapore
**Working Hour**:

- 5.5 days, Monday to Saturday (6.30am onwards, last job might end before 9pm depending on the demand)
- To be logged in to the system before or by 6.30am
- Working Hours normally ends around 8pm or 9pm
**Salary**:

- Incentive (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Half a yearly Bonus
- Transport claims of $500 (Public Transport & Grab)

**Requirements**:

- **To be using android’s phone system (As current system does not support IOS)**
- **To have no bad records under your name (Accidents, demerit points, etc)**
- Some experience in customer service
- Willingness to travel around Singapore
- Comfortable meeting expectations given
- Adherence to standard operating procedures
- Well groomed
