Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Ambassador to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales ambassadors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training delivery, facilitation, and content development.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs tailored for sales ambassador conferences and learning events, collaborating with sales and retail managers to ensure training initiatives directly support business strategies, conducting engaging and informative training sessions on brand heritage, product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service excellence, and providing expert guidance on tasting ceremonies, event food pairings, and addressing related inquiries.

You will analyze consumer behaviors, industry trends, and competitive benchmarks to identify opportunities to enhance the in-store customer experience, implement structured selling approaches and training interventions to drive customer engagement and improve sales performance, manage and optimize the digital learning platform to facilitate efficient onboarding, continuous employee development, and track training progress, develop and implement a Train the Trainers (TTT) program for selected local sales ambassadors to deliver consistent and high-quality training across the region, participate in seminars, regional meetings, press/PR events, VIP dinners, and engage with key individuals to passionately represent and promote luxury products, collect and analyze feedback from frontline teams and stakeholders to continuously improve training content, delivery methods, and overall program effectiveness, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of training initiatives on sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, and content development
  • A background in the travel retail/retail industry is essential
  • Strong focus on luxury wine and spirits
