Job Title: Sales Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Sales Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and closing sales successfully.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and sustain client relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Conduct product/service demonstrations tailored to customer needs and provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Participate in and lead training sessions for less experienced sales staff and analyze market trends and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Ability to acquire in-depth product knowledge through training and self-study.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and strategies.
  • Enhanced skills in negotiating terms and closing deals.
  • Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback.
