Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Residential Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily inspections, managing resident requests, preparing work requisitions, and overseeing service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  1. Conduct daily inspections of OCH-managed spaces to ensure a safe, secure, and conducive living environment.
  2. Resolve residents' requests and feedback received via various channels.
  3. Prepare work requisitions and purchase orders for maintenance and improvement works.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
  5. Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules and take corrective actions promptly.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • At least 2 years of experience in residential management or customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
