Key Responsibilities:- Formulate business strategies and strategic roadmaps to achieve sustainability goals
- Design and execute strategic workshops to foster key partnerships with government entities
- Create and implement strategic initiatives for business sustainability, digital transformation, and risk identification
- Define the company's ESG goals and strategies, and monitor sustainability performance
- Lead the company's sustainability reporting schedule and ensure compliance with relevant frameworks
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business or similar fields
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business strategy roles and ESG roles
- Deep knowledge in sustainability practices and sustainability reporting frameworks
- Comfortable with liaising with multiple external stakeholders
- Fluency in both English and Chinese language
