About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team, providing high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. As a Senior Office Support, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including:
- Managing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Providing data entry and record-keeping services
You will also be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, prepare reports, and perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
