Job Title: Junior IT Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer hardware, software, and networking, as well as excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Assist with setting up desktops, printers, and other equipment, as well as resolving issues related to software, hardware, and operating systems.
  • Support the IT team in monitoring system performance and escalating complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, asset tagging, and documentation.
  • Assist in procurement of IT equipment and operational resources.
  • Support daily office operations, including vendor coordination and resource tracking.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and basic reporting for operations.
  • Assist in providing IT and Operational support for company events.
  • Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical and facilities issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and common office tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Prior experience in IT support or operations an advantage.
