Business Operations Specialist


Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


Main Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and develop functional designs for digital collaboration platforms.

  • Implement platform solutions based on user requirements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and client approval.

  • Lead business requirements gathering sessions and design workshops with customers, utilizing consulting techniques to understand their needs.

  • Configure and test production environments according to agreed solution designs, including data uploads and key user training.

  • Participate in user acceptance testing, unit testing, and system integration testing at the client's site when required.

  • Identify gaps in customer data quality or quantity and ensure data fits required formats, including test uploads, reviewing error logs, and resolving issues.

  • Contribute to test-to-production cutover activity planning or system migration planning.

  • Enhance product knowledge through self-study, meeting attendance, and project participation.

  • Take accountability for deliverables and milestones within the project and provide proactive updates to the project manager.

  • Build professional relationships with clients, management, and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions and support business development and personal growth.


Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience preferred.

  • Meticulous, well-organized, with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • High professional standards in documentation, presentations, project approach, and ways of working.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of business stakeholders.

  • Creative, deadline-focused, and able to embrace challenges.

  • Initiative-taking, perseverant, and eager to learn.

  • Team player attitude.
