As a member of our family-owned business, you will execute the Digital Marketing strategy and manage digital projects that will elevate Heinemann’s brand through online channels. In addition, you will also represent Heinemann in the best possible way when dealing with external stakeholders. As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Your new job includes
- support the development and execution of digital marketing plans and enhance social media presence on western and Chinese platforms from profile management, content planning, production and reporting, in collaboration with agency and in-house creative team.
- partner with local Marketing team to optimize e-commerce platforms, UI and product availability; conceptualize e-commerce campaigns and promotions and support the build of Brand Boutiques, adhering to the brand guidelines.
- drive paid digital and social media performance based on campaign objectives, generate leads across digital platforms and optimize user journeys and manage ad creatives.
- manage creative, media & social agencies from briefing, implementation, optimization, project deliverables, to reporting and assisting in the development of assets guidelines for Regional digital campaigns (social media platforms, e-commerce, etc.)
- track, analyse & report on digital performance and budget management.

What you should bring along
- a Degree in Business or Marketing, or any other related field with practical experience of at least three to four years in the Digital Marketing function and preferably with agency experience within a digital performance team.
- familiar and active user of social media with understanding of Chinese digital and social media platforms, IT / IoT savvy and proficient in Google Analytics (or equivalent) is advantageous.
- excellent command of English and Mandarin language to support proofreading and copywriting requirements.
- strong digital media planning across a broad online media mix and familiar with SEO.
- strong communication, agency and stakeholder management skills with the proven ability to build and sustain relationships.
- good business presentation skills, complemented by the capability to multi-task and the flexibility to handle changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
