As our Senior Marketing Specialist, you would be part of the **Venture Operations Team**. Our **Venture Operations Team** is how we redefine what’s possible. **Senior Marketing Specialist (6 months contract)**

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be fully responsible for the preparation and execution of marketing projects in close collaboration with global BCG marketing and communications teams. This includes executing priority projects within BCG DV's marketing agenda such as content, social media, events, communications, and performance measurement / analytics.

You will act as a trusted resource for the broader “ONE Marketing” network, fostering the engagement, partnership, and activation of programming to deliver marketing priorities.

This role requires strong knowledge of marketing tools and excellent organizational skills to drive end-to-end marketing campaigns for BCG and BCG DV. You’ll be working side by side with DV Singapore's senior-most stakeholders, reporting to our People & Operations Director, and teaming closely with our Managing Directors & Partners and the global BCG marketing teams.

**As a Senior Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities are**:

- **Develop, plan and executing on marketing strategy for BCGDV**: Support the development, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns across all internal and external channels that advance the company's mission, business and marketing priorities, and culture; Drive localization of global marketing efforts
- **Drive content creation across channels**: Developing and executing a best-in-class suite of marketing & internal external communication materials; Provide coordination, writing, and editing support for marketing collateral and materials, including but not limited to venture marketing and communications, venture case studies, employer brand content, blog articles, website content, and more
- **Support strategic priorities and special projects**: Support the company's participation in - and sponsorship of - global company and third-party events; Conceptualize, plan and execute employer branding campaigns and communications across key communication channels to both internal employees and external public; Work with global marketing teams to publicize BCGDV SEA activities to the wider DV/ BCG community
- **Maintain and manage a library of marketing materials**: Ensure marketing related materials are documented and put in place with constant iteration; Develop KPI frameworks to track, evaluate and report on campaign performance to inform future campaign optimization

**As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will need/ have**:

- 6+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a digital, technology or professional services firm
- Ability to make independent decisions within existing guidelines, advising more junior team members and non-marketers
- Skilled in developing, supporting, and executing successful marketing and communications strategies. Able to transform creative ideas into impactful campaigns across multiple audiences and platforms
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong planning and project management capabilities
