Job Title:
Collaborative Digital Platform Specialist

Role Overview:
Achieve operational excellence in SharePoint Online development, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient content management. Collaborate closely with business units to craft, control access to, and maintain intranet sites within the portal.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle operational tasks and requests from SharePoint users and admins, including access requests, web development, site migrations, issue resolution, and escalate as needed. Monitor system performance, implement governance practices, and adhere to best operational standards. Apply security and data management principles to ensure system integrity and security.
Implement automated reviews of site permissions and activities using scripts or tools to ensure compliance with documented SOPs. Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:
Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Possess 4-6 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying SharePoint Online sites, custom web parts, features, and solutions. Demonstrate expertise in SharePoint administration, configuration, and related Microsoft 365 services. Showcase technical skills in SPFx, C#/.NET, PowerShell, Active Directory/ADFS, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML5/CSS, XML, AJAX, Microsoft Forms, and Power Platform.
Experience in developing and deploying web parts and solutions for SharePoint Online with Azure services like Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, and Entra ID is essential. A good understanding of information security and governance in SharePoint, .NET, and Microsoft 365 environments is required. Ability to assess and promote third-party tools to meet business needs.
