Digital Platform Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to spearhead the sales and market adoption of our Employee Benefits digital platform in Singapore.
This role involves generating revenue through direct sales efforts, cultivating partnerships with agents and Financial Advisors, identifying and closing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing significantly to our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development & Sales:
Spearhead the sales and market penetration of the digital platform, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Effectively leverage both direct sales channels and partnerships with agents/Financial Advisors to reach and acquire clients.
Identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities with target clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Develop and execute a sales strategy for the digital platform, incorporating market analysis, competitive analysis and a clear understanding of target customer needs. - Collaboration & Coordination:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product and operations teams, to ensure seamless sales execution and positive customer experience.
Track sales performance, analyze results and provide regular reports to management on progress and challenges.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly. - Compensation & Benefits:
