Business Growth and Partnership Specialist

AIA Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Business Growth and Partnership Specialist to join our marketing, distribution & partnership team. As part of this exciting movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone, you will play a vital role in advancing our goals.
About the RoleThis position involves maximizing sales of AIA products and services through brokers to meet individual/team quotas and business objectives. Key responsibilities include building long-term relationships with key insurance brokers, conducting regular visits and presentations to keep them informed of new products and market trends, facilitating open communication channels between brokers and internal teams, developing broker engagement programs, and working closely with brokers to identify client needs and develop customized insurance solutions.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quotations are issued within a turnaround time (TAT) of 48 hours, servicing accounts appropriately, and tracking and monitoring sales pipeline development to ensure all opportunities are followed up promptly and efficiently.
Requirements/ Qualifications and Preferred Skills- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years related industry experience
- Certifications/licenses - HI, M5 and M9 preferred
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the insurance sector with a focus on employee benefits
- Strong knowledge of the insurance broking channel and employee benefit products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently within a team with a strong sense of initiative
- Familiarity with underwriting processes, claims management, and policy administration related to employee benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus attractive bonuses and benefits packages.
