As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic development of portfolios that advance social-health integration and enhance care delivery in the community.
">- Develop comprehensive strategies and work plans to augment our role in new health/social policies and promote social-health integration
- Cultivate opportunities for collaborations with agency/community partners and internal stakeholders to drive shared successes
- Oversight of end-to-end project management of assigned collaborations/initiatives
- Stay abreast of developments within the health and social landscape
- Provide secretariat support to drive progress and conversations in assigned portfolios

">Requirements:">- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-6 years of relevant working experience, including 2 years in a leadership position
- Prior experience in planning, strategic partnerships, and portfolio/product management will be advantageous
- Experience in project management and working with multiple stakeholders
- Proactiveness to grow the portfolio(s) given
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fluid environment amidst multiple demands
