About the Job

As a Senior Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the strategic development of portfolios to advance social-health integration and enhance community care delivery.

You will be responsible for managing collaborations with partners and within the organization to support new policies and initiatives, strengthening our role as the population health manager for the region.

  • Develop strategies and work plans to enhance our role in new health and social policies, promoting social-health integration.
  • Identify opportunities and engage regularly with agency/community partners and internal stakeholders to drive shared successes.
  • Oversee end-to-end project management of assigned collaborations or initiatives.
  • Stay updated on developments within the health and social landscape.
  • Perform secretariat duties to facilitate progress and discussions in assigned portfolios.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience, including 1-2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in planning, strategic partnerships, and portfolio or product management is advantageous
  • Proven skills in project management and stakeholder collaboration
  • Proactive attitude towards portfolio growth
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment
