As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of high-rise condominium projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and authorities to ensure compliance with project requirements and schedules.
- Develop and implement strategies to manage risks, identify problems, and propose effective solution approaches.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and attend site meetings as required to ensure project delivery.
- Mentor project team members and provide guidance on performance management and improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in project management and coordination. Having experience in high-rise condominium projects is highly advantageous.
