Job Title: Southeast Asia Partnerships Director
About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and driven professional to lead the growth and execution of strategic university partnerships across Southeast Asia.

This role will focus on building and nurturing strong relationships with higher education institutions in key markets including Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and other important markets.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our regional footprint and driving sustainable growth through impactful collaborations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy to establish and maintain strong relationships with universities and other key education partners in Southeast Asia.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership opportunities that align with our goals and objectives.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions to establish new partnerships, ensuring they are compliant with organizational policies and regulations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with university leaders, faculty, and industry partners across the region.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including product, marketing, admissions, and program management to ensure seamless partnership implementation.
  • Provide ongoing support and communication to partner institutions to drive successful outcomes.
  • Track key performance indicators and conduct regular reviews of partnership progress and impact.
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports for senior leadership on partnership activities and outcomes.
  • Leverage market insights to inform partnership strategies and identify new opportunities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8-15 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field.
