This position is based in Singapore and reports directly to the Head of Asia-Pacific Public Policy.
Responsibilities
Maintain and build relationships with SEA policymakers and political figures
Identify, monitor, and analyze policy issues affecting Roblox in Southeast Asia
Develop and execute policy strategies around issues important to Roblox
Assist the wider public policy team on ongoing projects and initiatives
Advise Roblox internal stakeholders on policy matters as inputs to the development of our products and business operations
Articulate Roblox's public policy positions and produce briefing papers and consultation responses
Be highly supported in your efforts to maintain both a work and personal life, to build your career, and encouraged to take on responsibilities and risks that help you grow
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, International Relations, Media, Technology, or related field of study or equivalent
10+ years of experience working with policymakers and stakeholders across Southeast Asia
Deep knowledge of the Southeast Asia policymaking and public opinion process
Extensive experience in intelligence collection and analysis, strategy development, project management, cross-functional partnership
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Passionate about public policy issues in Southeast Asia
A solutions-driven and results-oriented strategic thinker
A dynamic and engaging presenter with stellar oral delivery
Detail-oriented, with strong communication, planning and organizational skills
Self-directed, with the ability to define your own work and processes
A team player, who values collaboration and partnership
You are a professional who approaches every individual as a client, regardless of their position, maintaining a calm and demeanor
Based in Singapore
Note
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
