**About Us**

Almond is a fintech startup born out of MIT and Harvard Universities. We are building a blockchain-based funds transfer infrastructure, connecting hundreds of financial institutions globally.

We have recently raised seed funding and have pending partnerships with financial institutions in Southeast Asia and the US. Our remote team of ten is growing globally, and we’re seeking to add more smart and talented people this Spring, including our first sales department role in Southeast Asia, specifically Thailand.

**Role Summary**

We’re looking for a Director of Partnerships to qualify, nurture and close new business opportunities within the financial services industry such as commercial banks, credit unions, neo banks, mobile wallets, and community banks in Southeast Asia. You will own the sales process reporting the CEO/Co-Founder and support from Marketing. This is an amazing ground floor opportunity for an experienced professional with solid industry experience.
- Solid track record selling to financial institutions, specifically banks or credit unions
- 3-15+ years of sales experience, at least 2-3 years selling to financial institutions
- Self-starter; experiencing running sales process from start to finish
- Experience with international remittance payments - a plus, but not required
- International sales experience

- Hubspot or CRM experience
- Bachelor's degree

**Compensation**
- Competitive salary and potential stock options based on experience (salary listed on Indeed is ballpark based on experience)

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
