    • Order necessary food according to business demands and consult with the Executive Chef for guidance and authorization.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene

    • Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced, and cleaned.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Liaise with front-of-house staff regarding menu items, additions, and changes.

Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Possess a Professional Certificate/NITEC and/or Diploma.
    • Applicants with a pastry background will have an added advantage.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of related experience in hospitality/hotel/F&B culinary operations.
    • Possess a valid WSQ Food Hygiene certificate.
