Job Title: Executive Pastry Chef

At TWELVE CUPCAKES PTE. LTD., we are seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our pastry products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all pastry products meet our company's quality standards and specifications.
  • Lead a team of pastry chefs and assistants to maintain high-quality standards and efficiency in the kitchen.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sous chef to manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels to minimize waste and ensure freshness of ingredients.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pastry production, preferably in a high-volume commercial kitchen.
  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
