Guest Experience Ambassador

Our hotel is situated in 15 acres of lush greenery, just minutes from the vibrant Orchard Road shopping belt. We have 792 luxurious guestrooms and suites across three distinct wings, including unique family-themed rooms supported by dedicated family-focused amenities.

We are seeking a Doorman to join our team. The successful candidate will welcome guests at the hotel's main entrance, assist with luggage, manage traffic flow, and provide concierge services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services & Arrival Experience
    • Greet guests professionally upon arrival and departure.
    • Assist with luggage handling and coordinate timely delivery and retrieval.
    • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out for FIT guests arriving by limousine.
    • Maintain awareness of hotel events, VIP movements, and occupancy levels.
  • Operational Support
    • Manage traffic flow and taxi availability at the porte cochere.
    • Keep the entrance and lobby areas clean, tidy, and well-staffed.
    • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments.
    • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to key control policies.
  • Teamwork & Communication
    • Participate in daily briefings and departmental meetings.
    • Promote a positive and productive work environment.
    • Complete all required training and maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel procedures.
  • Safety, Sustainability & CSR
    • Adhere to health, safety, and security protocols.
    • Support environmental initiatives and participate in community programs.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year's working experience in front-facing departments within the hospitality industry.
