Job Title: Senior Engineering Leader

This is a senior leadership role within the High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Product Media Health team. As a key leader, you will drive the development and execution of high-performing teams responsible for intrinsic and extrinsic reliability test development and execution.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in semiconductor devices, circuit design, and product validation. They will be responsible for defining and developing reliability stress, test flows, and test plans to cover all product reliability aspects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop reliability test flows to cover all product reliability aspects.
  • Work closely with Global Quality team to define qualification plan, review, and manage qualification execution progress, and drive gating issue resolution.
  • Reduce extrinsic reliability and intrinsic reliability through optimized manufacturing test flows and test strategy.
  • Debug and identify root cause failures in reliability tests by electric failure analysis (EFA) and Physical Failure Analysis (PFA).
  • Provide recommendations to fab teams for new process conversions to reduce cost and increase yields.
  • Manage risks associated with DPM process conversions, balancing innovation with stability and reliability.
  • Promote technical advantage over competitors and maintain competitive edge in the market.
  • Mentor and develop others, ensuring growth and development of the team and organization.
  • Develop project management skills to ensure efficient execution of projects.
  • Make final decisions on risk analysis and project prioritization.
  • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams for holistic development and shipping of end products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • Coursework or internship experience in semiconductor devices, circuit design, or product validation is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of problem-solving methodologies, identifying root causes, and exploring solution spaces.
  • Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and basic device physics.
  • Exposure to data analysis, statistics, and scripting tools such as Python or JMP.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in team-based projects, contributing to shared goals and outcomes.
  • Flexible and eager to learn, willing to take on diverse roles in dynamic engineering environment.
  • Responsible and accountable, with professional work ethic and ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Clear and effective communication skills in written and spoken English, articulating technical concepts and findings.
