Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to lead the development and implementation of high-voltage process technologies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor manufacturing, with expertise in reliability testing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new process technology qualification plans to meet technology milestones.
  • Lead and setup new process technology monitoring and testing programs.
  • Conduct process and wafer level reliability tests and analysis, as well as product level reliability tests and analysis.
  • Support fab monitoring and qualification, customer issues and engineering change evaluations.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in science or engineering, preferably in mechanical or chemical engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in wafer fab and semiconductor environment, with a proven track record in leading roles for WLR/PLR reliability.
  • Expertise in major process technologies, including automotive, logic, high voltage, and general purpose processes.
  • Strong understanding of front-end and back-end reliability mechanisms, test methodologies, and international standards for process and product reliability.
