This role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic talent acquisition and management, partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and support the organization's goals.

Talent Acquisition & Management is responsible for managing the full spectrum of recruiting activities, ensuring timely and effective fulfillment of recruitment activities. This involves sourcing and attracting candidates through various platforms and online channels, including social media, professional networks, career fairs, and recruitment events.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing and Attraction: Identify quality candidate profiles, maintain fresh and compelling job listings, and provide timely updates and responses to talent pools at critical touchpoints.
  • Candidate Experience: Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice, participating in activities aimed at establishing it as a Best Place to Work.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Engage with educational institutions and organizations to build a strong talent pipeline through career fairs, internships, and career events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 - 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in corporate, customer service or sales positions (from junior to mid-management levels).
  • Proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Avature, Workday), social media, and job boards.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High-energy, a keen learner with a sense of commercial awareness; able to balance ideals vs. reality with hiring managers.
  • Has an appetite for continuous learning, is focused and thrive in a team-based environment.
  • Good knowledge of local employment regulations.
