About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Commercial Operations - APAC to join our team at DENTSU SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore. As a key member of our Amplifi commercial operations team, you will play a critical role in managing and supporting the commercial risk management function in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Operations Director, APAC, and regional Amplifi stakeholders to ensure alignment with Amplifi global best practices and internal controls.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve governance of media income across markets, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal risk management processes.
  • Support the Commercial Operations team in understanding sources of media income and identifying opportunities for revenue growth and diversification.
  • Act as a risk management line of defense for the business, liaising with in-market and Global Amplifi teams to ensure robust SMI risk management.
  • Support the implementation of Amplifi's Target Operating Model (ATOM) within markets to ensure governance across all supply-side activities.
  • Develop and deploy media income management tools, working closely with in-market teams to ensure adoption and effective usage.
  • Support the Commercial Operations Director with wider commercial and risk management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial risk management, with a strong understanding of agency commercials and programmatic trading.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and report writing skills, with the ability to build rapport with local and regional stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading and managing client/internal audits, with a background in setting up and managing reviews and multiple projects within a practice.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze transactional processes and revenue models for media income types and vendor due diligence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
