We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Executive to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our Operations function, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of our events, including the Money20/20 Asia exhibition.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the commercial operations lead in the execution of the exhibition floor, including supplier liaison, floor plan changes, and stand plan approvals.
- Manage the delivery of shell scheme stands, turnkey stands, and kiosk stand packages.
- Track and manage sponsor deliverables, ensuring suppliers receive regular reports on sponsorships booked.
- Manage meeting room inventory, working with venues, sales teams, and show contractors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure stakeholders are aware of marketing deliverables for sponsor partnerships.
- Maintain and update the sponsor portal, working with show contractors and venues to update webshops and sponsor ordering.
- Manage the assist inbox alongside the Senior Commercial Operations Executive and Admin Assistant.
- Support core delivery activities, including coordinating branded assets, ordering show resources, managing show shipments, and temporary staffing.
- Work with the Commercial Operations Manager on ad-hoc bespoke inventory projects.
- Exhibition and event management experience.
- Ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
