Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will assist Supervisors and managers in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk console, verifying lines and handling incoming calls.
  • Receive and transfer calls to respective extensions and rooms.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all callers, taking down messages for guests as needed.
  • Ensure accurate completion of checklists and monitor telephone printers for wake-up calls.
  • Assist with emergency and evacuation procedures, and take responsibility for morning calls.
  • Update the Back Office information whiteboard and monitor contingency reports hourly.
  • Maintain an up-to-date telephone extension list and assist guests with outgoing phone calls.
  • Process new reservations after office hours and record guest complaints and feedback in Empower (GXP).
  • Adhere to Marriott's Corporate Image and maintain effective service standards.
