Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR (Exec / Senior Exec / Assistant Manager). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks related to HR, including recruitment, HR events, and policy management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Conduct exit interviews and facilitate proper off-boarding process for departing employees.
  • Coordinate and deliver comprehensive employee orientation and training programs.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all HR records, including Employee P-files, employment contracts, HR forms, company letters, and appraisals.
  • Monitor and manage employee movement, leave usage and approvals in alignment with company policies.
  • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of company assets in the HR system.
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to HR grants and support.
  • Proactively address and escalate employee feedback and issues to management for resolution.
  • Plan and execute employee relations activities to foster company cohesion and morale.
  • Represent the company at HR events such as career fairs and company tradeshows.
  • Manage all platforms and external communication channels pertaining to HR.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to support company objectives.
  • Identify gaps in HR processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and assisting with HR compliance matters.
  • Provide timely and comprehensive reporting to management on HR-related metrics and information.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR/Finance software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and Finance principles.
