Job Summary

MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our employees and management team on all HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Develop, coordinate, and administer all recruitment processes, including initial screening and interviews of potential candidates, reviewing and evaluating applications for employment, and driving the recruitment process by actively sourcing for talent in related fields.
  • Employee Onboarding: Conduct the full onboarding process of new hires, including employment contracts, register of medical insurance, issuance of uniforms, and other necessary paperwork.
  • HR Administration: Organize and update employee files, maintain security and confidentiality of employee information, and ensure proper documentation of employee databases and personnel files.
  • Attendance and Leave Management: Monitor staff attendance, record and report staff attendance, and update particulars and site movement.
  • Employee Relations: Assist in employee disciplinary and grievance issues, and ensure all HR department records and logs are up to date.
  • Business Development: Prepare quotations, work orders, and client contracts, liaison with clients, and ensure client contracts are up to date and follow up with clients for renewal purposes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist role or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
