  • Manage the full cycle of scholarship programmes, including Singapore-Industry Scholarship and Work Study Diploma programmes.
  • Collaborate with government agencies and institutes of higher learning to support talent development and succession planning.
  • Design and implement organization development or change interventions to ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Support HR-related projects, company events, and development programmes.
  • Assist in preparing human resources management or development policies and processes.
  • Compile monthly HR statistics and prepare reports for senior management and the board.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist, focusing on human capital development and operational support.
  • Good knowledge of government regulations and grants for developing talents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
