Detailed Job Description:

As a Service Captain, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience in our vibrant Italian Cuisine Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming customers and seating them at their respective seats with care.
  • Taking orders efficiently to ensure items are served promptly in a professional manner.
  • Proactively attending to the requests of customers and performing other ad hoc duties as required.


Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year F&B working experience, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Preferably holding food hygiene certification.
