Leading Injection Moulding Operations

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on plastics moulding supervisor to lead and manage day-to-day operations of our injection moulding lines. This role plays a critical part in ensuring consistent output of high-quality automotive plastic components in compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate daily injection moulding activities to meet production targets.
- Manage manpower allocation and machine operations across multiple moulding lines.
- Monitor cycle times and output efficiency, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on injection moulding experience, preferably in automotive or high-precision plastics manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and related quality tools.
- Proficient in operating and setting up moulding machines such as Arburg, Sumitomo, Fanuc, or similar.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead, train, and develop a production team.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities, with a solution-driven and safety-conscious mindset.
