Injection Moulding Operations Manager

As a key team member, you will oversee the daily operations of our injection moulding department.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise daily injection moulding operations to meet production schedules for automotive components.
- Allocate manpower and oversee machine operations across multiple moulding lines.
- Ensure strict adherence to productivity targets, cycle times, and output efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.

- Collaborating with Quality Assurance on in-process checks and non-conformance issues.
- Troubleshooting process or equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Optimizing machine settings to improve product consistency and reduce scrap.
- Leading training sessions on safe machine operation, work instructions, and 5S practices.
- Evaluating team performance and managing shift handovers.
- Supervising and coaching a team of moulding technicians, operators, and material handlers.
- Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback.
- Ensuring a clean and organized work environment (5S, Kaizen).
