Job Title: Senior Production Manager

We are seeking a seasoned injection moulding team lead to oversee daily injection moulding operations, manage resources, and drive productivity.

  • Lead a team of moulding operators and ensure strict adherence to productivity targets, cycle times, and output efficiency.
  • Oversee mould changeovers, machine start-up, shutdown, and parameter settings.
  • Troubleshoot process or equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:

Allocate manpower and oversee machine operations across multiple moulding lines. Ensure all parts produced meet automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO). Work closely with Quality Assurance on in-process checks and non-conformance issues.

  • Familiarity with IATF 16949, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and other automotive quality tools.
  • A strong background in injection moulding, quality control, and process improvement.
