Service Engineer Job Opportunity

  • They will diagnose and fix issues in complex systems promptly, addressing electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and software problems.
  • The service engineer will offer technical support and advice to customers via phone, email, or in-person visits.
  • They will perform on-site testing of equipment to confirm that it meets customer requirements.
  • The engineer will minimize system downtime by providing quick and effective solutions to any client system issues.
  • They will maintain tools, testing apparatus, and facilities.
  • The service engineer will compile comprehensive service reports, maintenance logs, and installation documentation for each service task.
  • They will collaborate with the sales team to address customer demands and participate in project planning.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will hold a Higher Nitec in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
  • They will possess strong skills in problem-solving, analysis, and diagnostics.
  • Good knowledge of reliability testing methods such as thermal, vibration, humidity, and environmental testing is preferred.
  • The service engineer must have excellent customer service skills and be capable of working independently.
  • They will be willing to travel internationally for occasional work-related trips or training on short notice.
