Job Title: Field Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and configuring equipment or systems at client sites.

  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components or systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on product operation and maintenance.
  • Document service activities, including reports on repairs, maintenance, and system performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in electrical, mechanical, electronics, or related engineering fields.
  • Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
