Thermal Product Field Service Specialist

This is a specialized field service position that requires the candidate to have experience in thermal product maintenance and servicing. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently, while also providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. CARRY OUT THERMAL PRODUCT MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE ACTIVITIES AS ASSIGNED BY TEAM LEAD.
  2. RESPOND PROMPTLY TO ASSIGNED EMERGENCY SERVICE CALLS WHILE ON 24X7 STANDBY DUTY.
  3. ENSURE AVAILABILITY IN WEEKEND/HOLIDAY AND AFTER OFFICE HOURS TO SUPPORT THE TEAM.
  4. PARTICIPATE IN FIELD TROUBLESHOOTING ACTIVITIES TOGETHER WITH TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM, FELLOW FIELD ENGINEERS, AND THIRD-PARTY VENDORS.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • NITEC, DIPLOMA OR DEGREE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING.
  • MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN THERMAL PRODUCT FIELD SERVICING.
  • GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.
  • KNOWLEDGE OF FIELD SERVICING OF THERMAL PRODUCTS LIKE CRAC, HVAC, AHU, AND CHILLER SYSTEM.
  • EXPERIENCE IN CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE IS DESIRABLE.
