Job Title: Field Service Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and technical support to customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of products and components at customer locations.
  • Perform periodic servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of client tools.
  • Deliver excellent service by providing effective technical support to customers.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding technical and service-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including service reports and other records.
  • Support the sales team in securing service orders.
  • Conduct product training sessions for customers.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards at all times.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, or electronic systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing customer support.
  • Experience in delivering technical training to groups is a strong advantage.
  • Practical knowledge of robotic calibration.
