Job Opportunity: Field Service Specialist

As a Field Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment at customer sites. Your technical expertise will be essential in carrying out equipment assembly, servicing, trouble-shooting, repair, upgrade, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, test, and commission new equipment at customer sites.
  • Perform equipment assembly, servicing, trouble-shooting, repair, upgrade, and preventive maintenance.
  • Carry out other technical tasks as assigned by management.
  • Provide excellent service to customers.


Requirements:
  • Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years' hands-on experience in equipment servicing and repair in semi-con industry.
  • Candidates with more years of relevant experience will be considered for higher positions.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Able to write simple reports in English.
  • Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
  • Possess a positive work attitude and eager to learn new skills.
  • Able to work under tight schedules.
  • Able to travel overseas within short notice when required.
